2. Products

All instruments sold at Native Flute Store are handcrafted in Peru by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handmade production, minor variations in color, dimensions, and finish are normal and not considered defects. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the actual item received.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Orders with laser engraving cannot be cancelled once the personalization process has begun. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We ship internationally from Peru. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Native Flute Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees in the destination country.

6. Personalized Items

Items ordered with the "With Laser Engraving" option are considered personalized goods. These items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once the engraving process has started. Please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product descriptions, images, and brand assets — is the property of Native Flute Store and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Native Flute Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
